A surprising stay with challenges
The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating, transforming our initial discomfort into a positive. The room was clean and boasted a nice view of the Bosphorus.
Unfortunately, I encountered significant cleanliness issues, with a shower handle that smelled awful upon arrival, greatly detracting from my experience.

The staff delivered exceptional hospitality! Special mention goes to Mevlüt, who brightened my mornings with his cheerful demeanor. The studio apartment was not only beautifully decorated, but it also offered a stunning view of the sea that added to the overall experience.
The room needed some minor maintenance.

This hotel was misrepresented. the room was filthy, with broken facilities, and it smelled terrible. Despite my complaints, there was no resolution. I felt unsafe, especially when woken by police late at night.

Rooms need serious attention to cleanliness!!! Bathrooms are poorly cleaned, and water leaks cause unpleasant surprises!!! Noise is an issue due to lack of soundproofing, making for a restless night!!!

Great location near Besiktas, with easy access to ferries. The room was modern, calming, and stylishly furnished. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. They even surprised me with a free upgrade upon arrival, which was a nice touch!
